Work has me very overwhelmed. Ugh!

My exercise mojo has kind of disappeared but I'm trying to find it again.

I know how you feel. Sometimes when I am bored with my usual workout (running and weight lifting), I try something completely new. Lately I've been doing pilates and core fusion DVDs.
