I'm so tired.
Tired. Tired. Tired.
Not sure what else I can write about at this moment in time.
Except I'm tired.
Oh I fit into a pair of size 12 jeans yesterday. That is something awesome to write about.
But I'm still tired.
I cannot wait for Friday. A 3 day weekend is something to look forward.
The training continues. I'm sure my body will get used to it.
Right?

Train harder. make your body get used to that. and for goodness sakes get some sleep!
as you up your milage (both on individual days and overall week amount) you will need more sleep, so try to get an extra 30min-1hour if you can, it will make a HUGE difference in how you feel!
