I have been where you are... hell Im there right now. Im gaining weight back at an alarming rate. I feel disgusting. I dont feel attractive or pretty or healthy. I feel like I dont deserve it. I feel like a bad friend, mom, wife. But deep down I know its not true.... I have vowed to fake it til I make it. I need to keep trucking. The happy feelings will return... atleast I sure as hell hope so!
