All I can tell you is KEEP IT UP!! It took me over 6 months to lose 5 lbs. and that's with counting calories, exercising 6x week, and seeing a personal trainer. Our bodies are amazing machines and super unpredictable. If you know, truly know, that you're eating right and moving, then I say just stick with it. You're doing this lifestyle change to get healthy right?
Working out and eating right will ALWAYS get your healthier... no matter what the scale says!

I'm new to your blog but share in your struggle. Two pounds less since July is better than 10 pounds up. Keep at it and it will happen.
