anxiety (again)

I’m practically having an anxiety attack right now about going to the gym tonight.

I don’t know what the heck my problem is.

I need to get my shit together.

Why the anxiety about the gym?

I'm facing an issue with running. I can run 1.5 miles, but after that, I can't seem to keep going. I don't hurt, and I'm not tired. It's like my body protests, even though I try to mentally break through it.

DO EET!! :) I always hate to get going - but once i"m there its good. I know you'll do the same.
